1,000 Beans
Congratulations!
If you're here, you must have earned 1k beans. Pat yourself on the back as this is no small feat!
No upgrade costs or will ever cost more than 1000 beans to apply.
So, this must be where things end, right?
This was the original idea for us. However, it quickly became apparent that this just... isn't fun.
Without a need to earn beans, the drive to draw and create more starts to die. Why make any gift art, since you don't need those extra beans anyways? Why do risky things to earn extra beans that you no longer need?
Well, if you wish to stop counting beans at this point, you are welcome to!
Obviously, this is building up to something. What do you get for continuing to count beans?
Reaching 1000 beans means you are due a reward, and if you earn another 1000, you get another, and so forth!
What do I get for every 1k beans?
Every time you earn 1000 beans, you are able to pick ONE of the following rewards:
x1 Legendary Mancake Collar
x1 Mystery Egg
x1 Magic Pencil
And just in case you don't know what these items are, here we are to clarify what each of these items does!
Mystery Egg
Looking for just a new little guy?
No problem! For this, there are two options:
1.) 100% random egg. No parents, all upgrades are fair game.
2.) Egg from two characters; two PCs, two NPCs, or one PC and one NPC.
Egg is rolled with the Bamblebright Boost AND 3 breeding images.
Egg is immediately able to hatch.
You MAY use breeding items in conjunction with this egg (ie. Dual Palette, PCP, etc), but they must be in your inventory when you request the egg in the Discord!
NOTE 1:
If you're making an egg involving a PC, you must have a Breeding Tracker for them filled out.
NOTE 2:
Only a select few NPCs are available for this feature! They are subject to change, but are currently as follows:
Ada / Agouti / Bandit / Benny / Gayley / Grebe / Kivkiv / Larimar / Mallory / Milk / Ovo / Pavo
Potato Pancakes / Slurm / Tiamat / Trojan
NOTE 3:
You may only claim a Mystery Egg as a reward ONCE PER YEAR. If you hit another 1k milestone within the year, you may still claim a Magic Pencil or Mancake Collar.
(The year-long cooldown resets on the anniversary, December 8th.)

Allows you to create a legendary mancake of your own desire!

Magic Pencil
Magic Pencils exclusively available from reaching 1,000 beans-- there is no other way to get this item! So this thing must be pretty special, right?
There's one of two things that a Magic Pencil can do for you:
1.) Allows you to apply one Freeform Upgrade to any one staxie.
2.) Allows you to apply one Mutation to any one staxie.
Freeform Upgrades
Previously and informally known as Fuck-It upgrades, Freeform Upgrades allow you to essentially create your own upgrade.
There are no rules for Freeform Upgrades.
If there is a very specific and unique look you're going for, this might be for you!
Using a Magic Pencil, you can unlock one of the following:
Freeform Ears
Freeform Horns
Freeform Markings
Freeform Tail
Freeform Wings
Mutations
Mutations can only be acquired one of two methods-- being born with it, or via a Magic Pencil.
This part can get a little confusing, so let's take this slow and steady!
With a Magic Pencil, you can apply one of the following mutations to any one staxie:
Melanism
In stumps:
optionally darkens the base color to almost black + turns the tongue pink.
In adults:
optionally darkens the base color to almost black + allows for a Tongue Magic Gland*.
*doing this removes their current magic gland unless they are a metamorph (they may keep their previous magic boon).
Having melanism increases the chances of your staxie producing an egg with melanism.
Albinism
In stumps:
optionally lightens the base color to almost white + turns the tongue pink.
In adults:
optionally lightens the base color to almost white + allows for a Tongue Magic Gland*.
*doing this removes their current magic gland unless they are a metamorph (they may keep their previous magic boon).
Having albinism increases the chances of your staxie producing an egg with albinism.
Dwarfism
Decreases the size of your staxie by x0.5
Having dwarfism increases the chances of your staxie producing an egg with dwarfism.
Gigantism
Increases the size of your staxie by x1.5
Having gigantism increases the chances of your staxie producing an egg with gigantism.
Clump
Adds a set of limbs to your staxie.
Polycephaly
Adds another head to your staxie.
Having polycephaly increases the chances of your staxie producing an egg with polycephaly.
Root
Removes a set of limbs from your staxie.
GFP
Allows some or all of your staxie to glow green in the dark!
Having GFP increases the chances of your staxie producing an egg with GFP.

When using this channel, the item you asked for will be added to your inventory! They are all tradeable if you wish.
For the Magic Pencil, note the group much like when using a Mossball or other upgrade item.
